Welcome to the Nashville Diamond! We’re so excited to have you as our guests. We’ve stuffed our place full of amenities for you to enjoy. Below are instructions on anything that may need some explaining. We want to make your stay remarkable and we love to give 5 star reviews for our guests! Please message us if you have any questions.

Front Door Keyless Entry: 

-Press any key to illuminate the screen.

-Enter the unique code sent to your email and hit the unlock button on the bottom at the top.

-When leaving, close the door fully and press the lock button. Please double check that the door has locked before leaving. 

Private Back Gate/Back Door Keyless Entry:

  1. Drive around to the alley behind the house. You will see an “ADS Security” 

  2. Push handle on gate to open. 

  3. Enter your code into the keypad on the back sliding glass door

Towels/Linens/Extra Supplies:

  1. Each bed is made with fresh professionally laundered linens.

  2. Towels and washcloths are on beds. Towels for guests sleeping on the couches are in the upstairs hall closet. 

  3. PLEASE use black makeup towels to remove your makeup. Using our white towels will ruin them and result in a replacement charge. 

  4. Trash bags, dishwasher detergent and light cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen.

Additional Amenities:

  1. Hairdryer is in the upstairs bathroom vanity.

  2. Iron and ironing board is in the upstairs hall closet. 

  3. The first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located under the sink in the kitchen.

Bluetooth Speaker in Living Room: 

  1. To turn on, turn the volume knob to the right. A blue light will come on, indicating the speaker is on.

  2. Turn knob to “BT” for Bluetooth (if not already on the BT setting)

  3. Make sure the Bluetooth on your device is on

  4. Connect your device to “VRS-2800” – the speaker will chime indicating the pairing was successful and you are ready to play some jams!


Bluetooth Speaker in Upstairs Shower:

  1. Press the “speaker” button on the wall controls by the light switch

  2. Make sure the Bluetooth on your device is on

  3. Connect your device to “HOMEWORKS(12CF)”  


Amazon Fire TV:

  1. The remote for Fire TV is on the coffee table.

  2. Use the power button to turn the TV on. Streaming apps will all appear when the TV turns on. 

  3. Log into your account to use streaming apps. Please sign out before you check out. 


Keurig Coffee Maker:

  1. Make sure Keurig is plugged in and fill the water reservoir to the max line. 

  2. Turn on the power switch (on back right corner). 

  3. Place k-cup into tray (extras are in the cabinet above the Keurig) and close the lid.

  4. Wait until the screen says “Ready to Brew” indicating the water has warmed up enough to brew the coffee.

  5. Place a mug (mugs are in the cabinet above the Keurig) under the spout.

  6. Hit “Brew” and enjoy! 


Back Patio Cafe Lights: 

  1. When exiting the back sliding glass door, look Immediately to your right for a red extension cord hanging near the outlet. 

  2. Plug the red cord into outlet, and lights will turn on. 

  3. Please remember to unplug the lights at the end of the night and before you checkout. This keeps our neighbors happy. 


Fire Pit: 

  1. This is a wood burning fire pit for SMALL fires only, please be safe! 

  2. There is a Lowe’s 10 mins North on Dickerson Pike that sells firewood year round. 


Futons in Living Room:

  1. Linens and pillows for both futons are located in the upstairs hall closet. 

  2. To convert the sofas into a futon, you will need to screw in two support legs to the back of each sofa. The support legs are located in the zipper compartments in the back of the sofas. 

  3. Once the two support legs are screwed in, press the back of the sofa in towards the seat and then release backward. The back of the sofa will fold out flat into a futon.

  4. Press the back of the sofa up towards the seat and then release backward to convert back into sofa position. Unscrew support legs and store in the zipper compartment in the back of the sofa.

Checkout Checklist


  • Turn off all lights

  • Close and lock all windows/doors.

  • Throw away any perishables in fridge/freezer.

  • Collect and take out all trash and place in large bins just outside the back gate in the alley behind the house. Green bin is recycling, Brown bin is trash. 

  • Reset the thermostat to 50 in winter months, 80 in Summer months.

  • Collect all used towels and place them in the shower or tub.

  • Load dirty dishes in dishwasher

  • Message us when you have completed your check out. 

  • Please report any and all damages as soon as possible. Things happen and we understand. Our goal is to make sure that our next guests have the same great experience you do.
